Omiebox Lentil Soup

Contents:
- Olive oil
- Onion, chopped
- Garlic
- Tomato paste
- Cumin
- Salt and pepper
- Hot pepper powder
- Vegetable Juice

- Red lentils
- Carrots, diced
- Lemon Juice
- Chopped coriander
Directions:
- Heat olive oil in a large pot. Sauté onion and garlic until soft.
- Add tomato paste, cumin, salt, black pepper and chili pepper and fry until fragrant.
- Add the broth, water, red lentils and carrots. Once it starts to boil, cook on low heat, partially covered, until the lentils are tender (about 30 minutes).
- Puree the soup using a blender or hand blender.
- Add lemon juice and coriander and mix.
