Omiebox Alfredo Pasta

Contents:
- 1/2 box rotini pasta (or your favorite pasta)
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 2 cloves of minced garlic
- 1-1/2 cups cream
- 1-1/2 cups grated parmesan cheese
Directions:
- Boil the pasta according to the instructions on the package.
- Melt the butter in a pan and add the garlic. Sauté until the garlic is soft but not brown.
- Add 1 cup of cream and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly.
- Reduce the heat to low and add the parmesan cheese, stirring until completely melted.
- Add the remaining 1/2 cup cream and turn off the heat. Blend until smooth and creamy. Taste and season with salt and pepper if needed.
- Drain the pasta and mix it with the alfredo sauce.
TIP - If the sauce is too thick when you toss your pasta in the sauce, add a small amount of the hot pasta water you cooked the pasta in to thin the sauce slightly.
