Delivery and Shipping

Our deliveries are provided from local Dinossi warehouses in whatever country you are in and deliveries are made within 1-4 days on average.

The countries included in the deliveries within 1 - 4 days are listed below. Countries outside this list are usually delivered within 4 - 7 days.

• Some products may have more delivery processes independent of the above processes in their special descriptions, these processes are specified in the product descriptions. The deliveries of products whose delivery process is specified in the product description are specific to the product and the processes in the description are deemed to be accepted.

For countries not listed above, delivery dates are determined within the specified timeframe.

• Important Notice: Philippines, Republic of Congo, Antarctica, Dominican Republic, Oman, Guinea Bissau, Ecuador, Haiti, El Salvador, Lebanon, Guatemala, Madagascar, Sierra Leone, Morocco, Iraq, United Arab Emirates, Samoa, Vatican, Zimbabwe, Paraguay, Marshall Islands, Ashmore and Cartier Islands, Grenada, Nauru, Kiribati, Bahrain and Togo. If you are informed that your order is subject to customs before it is entered into your country's customs office or if your tracking information sent to you indicates that it is subject to customs before the information arrives, we would like to inform you that you are fully responsible for your order. Unfortunately, in the countries we have specified, the products that you have not received from your customs office cannot be returned to the sender by your country's customs office. It is entirely your responsibility to collect your products from your country's customs office. In these countries, your products that you keep at customs for more than 30 days will be seized by your country and will be put up for sale within themselves or a similar process will be carried out. Therefore, since the products are not returned to the sender company, even if you do not take your products back, unfortunately, your return cannot be made. Our users who place orders from these countries are deemed to have accepted that they are responsible for all customs procedures. Refunds for our users in these countries can only be made if you have sent the products to us after they have received them. Apart from this, unfortunately, refunds for products that you have not received from your customs cannot be made. Because products that are waiting at customs in your country cannot be returned to the sender. The customs regulations of all countries other than the specified countries are different and the specified explanation is not valid outside the specified countries.
